Problem Statement
Croche was preparing for a brand launch but their existing website lacked the visual and functional polish needed to support it. Key issues included:
Cluttered layout with no clear user journey
Weak visual hierarchy and inconsistent UI patterns
No CTAs, minimal UX logic, and lack of conversion strategy
Missing or broken checkout flow, making purchases difficult
A design language that didn’t reflect the brand’s premium identity

⚡ Urgent Context
This was a fast-paced project with a 3-day turnaround, assigned just before their brand launch. My role was to completely redesign the core pages with a focus on both visual identity and user experience — all under a tight timeline.

💡 My Approach
`1. Research-Led Redesign
I skipped traditional wireframing due to the time constraints and instead invested that time into competitive and directional research. I studied both direct competitors and aspirational fashion brands to understand layout standards, flows, and visual aesthetics that resonate in this niche.
2. Full UI/UX Redesign
I redesigned the key pages from scratch with a focus on clarity, elegance, and ease of conversion:
Homepage: Transformed from a static, underwhelming view into a clean layout featuring product highlights, improved imagery, and a modern, premium feel
Product Detail Page: Revamped for clarity, with better hierarchy, call-to-action prominence, and aligned styling
Checkout Cart & Page: Designed entirely from the ground up to streamline the buying process, reduce friction, and maintain visual consistency
3. Developer Handoff
Delivered clean design files and assets ready for handoff and provided on-call support for smooth implementation.
